These guys were great! Very professional and friendly! Installation was very fast yet effective. They even installed a key pad at my request without hesitation.
Garage door would not go down. They came out and diagnosed the issue quickly (broken spring), did a great job explaining my options and the reason for the issue. They also made a low cost recommendation for our single garage door that would prolong the life of the door and potentially save us from spending thousands down the road to replace the doors. Didn’t pressure into making the repair just suggested it get addressed at some point. Didn’t feel like I was sold anything we didn’t need in the process. Thanks!

The company was the only one I called that gave me a price for maintenance over the phone. The other vendors wanted to send someone out first. They contacted me prior to arrival and were on time; went over everything to ensure I understood what was found during the maintenance. They did not attempt to add other repairs. I am very happy with this company.

The service technician did an excellent job installing the Lifestyle Screen. The installation was challenging due to the custom cabinets I had installed and a garage door that was slightly misaligned. Despite these obstacles, he completed the task professionally and took the time to courteously explain the issues he encountered during the process. I truly appreciate his hard work and am very pleased with the screen door so far.

The Garage Doors Guys are the Bomb! They gave me a window arrival time of 9 to noon. They were here at 9:15 a.m. They were very courteous and very professional in every sense of the word. Bill and His team are incredibly professional and have saved us on many occasion. They held our hand through the process of ordering and installing 2 (HUGE) garage doors for our 3000 so ft event space. Mind you, this was during Covid, if Anyone built anything during that year and a half, You know how difficult construction was- supply was “low” demand still high. . . Bill Kept me updated through the whole process and caught a major faux pas by the builder who hadn’t installed steel beams needed to support the weight of these massive doors. That was years ago and we use them still for all our needs! Reliable and honest. . . They’re “your Guys”!

5 stars for responding to my inquiry promptly, setting an appointment and notifying me when they were on their way. I am confident they are genuine about helping with my garage door needs and they are not trying to sell me things I don't need. They fixed the problem with our small door and lubed all the doors. They completed what needed to be done with no pressure tactics and informed me and help set up the phone app to open and close the doors and troubleshoot in the future. I called this company at 4:55pm on Wednesday after our garage door was in need of repair. Bill (the owner) showed up at my house before 5:30pm and got our door back in place before 6pm. We scheduled to have the door replaced on Friday between 8am-11am. The guys showed up at 9am and had the new door hung within an hour. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about the garage door industry. I will be a forever client going forward. Thank you for your help!!!!
The guys were very professional, showed up on time and did a great job. Recommended and performed some maintenance to both my doors and made some readjustments. Both doors are even smoother and quieter than they were before.

Went above and beyond; we did not need a total replacement or new install, but the door is running quieter and more safely than ever after the updates they made

Just do your research on them, read the reviews, call them with any questions you might have! Funny thing, they’ll talk to you on the phone, they show up for appts when they say they will! If you want the cheapest deal you can get go elsewhere. If you want reliable, reasonable, fair, these are indeed Your Garage Door Guys!
