“Brent came out to replace a garage door spring in 2020. It was an urgent call and he responded - in person within hours. Recently, my opener has been sporadic, making it necessary to constantly reset it until it didn’t work anymore. I called Brent and after a long day, he stopped by to access the issue. He presented me with several options, different prices etc so I could consider each within my needs and budget. Adrian, his teammate came out the next day to install the new opener. But that’s not all I received! I received a new keypad, Adrian directed me through MyQ and set up my car so I could just hit a button on my mirror to open the door instead of using a remote! These guys are local. Whoever answers the phone - Brent or Wendy, they are friendly, responsive and honest. These guys are five star - all the way and A+ rated by BBB!”

“Yesterday, I came home to an unpleasant surprise…my garage door wouldn’t open. Once inside, I saw the spring had completely busted. After a quick Google search for garage spring repair, I found Your Garage Door Guys (YGDG). They weren’t my first call, but I’m sure glad they were my second! The first company couldn’t come out for three days, but when I called YGDG, the owner, Bill, personally answered. He was professional, upfront about pricing, and even took time to walk me through my options; all while officiating a wedding (multi-talented guy!). Today, Spencer and Joel came out and did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was inspected and working properly. ““YOUR garage door guys” installed a new garage door with a key pad. Harsh sales tactics were not used and I was given options to fit my preference. They also left me a vinyl strip for color matching to my existing trim. I’m very happy with its smooth operation which Spencer dialed in to perfection which included adjusting my opener and replacing a bent bracket.. They also taught me how to take care of my investment with the right oil spray. Don’t confuse them with another company called “THE garage door guys”. If I had to do this all over again, I would choose “Your garage guys “ again.”

“Cannot say enough great things about these guys!! A few months ago, while backing out of my garage I accidentally clipped the bottom of the garage door as I thought it had gone all the way up. This resulted in my husband having to take a piece from our 2nd garage door to “fix” it. While that worked for a few months, the main garage door was still suspect, the chain wobbly, and every time I opened the door I wondered if that would be the last time. Our house is now for sale, so I had to get the door fixed. Well, these guys came in and fixed it in like an hour!!! Not only that, but they were able to save time by making a piece for my door that would have probably taken a few days to get delivered!!! Today, my house went through inspection as it is now under contract, and the inspector had to ask which door was the issue because he said they both looked great to him.
